Dumbledore said that he didn't need an invisibilty cloak to turn invisible. He has long silver hair. Perhaps the creature he turns into is a Demiguise (get out those copies of Magical Creatures and where to find them). A Demiguise is an ape covered in silver fur that can turninvisible at will. Could that be Dumbledore's animal?

 

*Why was Harry delievered to the Dursley's the night after his parents murder? Where did he go first?

 

*Why did Snape go to Filch when he was bit by Fluffy? Madam Pomfrey isn't the kinda person to ask questions and she could have healed it easily.

 

*Sirius' vault in Gringott's is number 711. If they use the usual numeral system of evens on one side, odds on another, he would be right next to number 713. The vault that contained the Sorceress's Stone.

 

*How come Harry was so surprised to see Quirrel wearing a turban at school? Was he not wearing it at the Leaky Cauldron?

 

*Ted Tonks?? Tonk's dad is named Ted and he's a muggle?! Could it be the same Ted that in book 1, talked about the 'weird going ons' on the news the night after Voldemort was defeated? He did smile oddly, as if he knew what was going on. And he is a muggle.

And speaking of frog spawn, what do you do with it? Ron has some in his room according to book 2.
